Rücksendungen/ Reklamationen AUS EDELSTAHL MADE IN GERMANY
Bitte halten Sie mit uns Rücksprache, dass dieser Vorgang so
problemlos wie möglich ablaufen kann. Die Rückholung kann von stainless steel exhaust systems
uns veranlasst werden, unfreie Rücksendungen werden von uns Ihr Ansprechpartner/ your partner:
nicht angenommen.
Für falsch bestellte oder nicht benötigte Ware berechnen wir Ihnen
eine Einlagerungsgebühr von 15% (mind. 18,- € brutto).

Gutachten verloren?
Für ein nachträgliches FOX Gutachten müssen wir eine Schutz-
gebühr von 25,00 € (21,00 € netto) verlangen. Bitte beachten Sie,
dass die vollständig eingestanzten Nummern auf dem Produkt mit
angegeben werden müssen.

Warenversand
Die Lieferung von einzelnen Auspuff anlagen/ Kleinteilen erfolgt per
GLS, die Frachtkosten betragen pro Paket 9,50 € (7,98 € netto)
innerhalb Deutschlands. Nachnahme kostet bis zu einem Netto-
warenwert von 200,- EUR 7,50 € (6,30 € netto) - ab 200,- EUR
versenden wir nachnahmefrei. Versandkosten für Europa/ weltweit
nur auf Anfrage. Bei größeren Stückzahlen kann der Versand per
Spedition erfolgen (Preise auf Anfrage).

Öffnungszeiten
Wir sind für Sie da von Montag bis Donnerstag von 7.00 - 17.00 Uhr
und am Freitag von 7.00 - 14.30 Uhr. Die Abholung der Ware kann
nur nach vorheriger telefonischer Absprache erfolgen.

Reconsignment/ complaints
We ask you to give us a written or oral statement, so that we can
handle your complaints immediately. Reconsignments can be
arranged by our company. Unpaid reconsignments cannot be
accepted. We have to calculate a booking charge of 15% (minimum
18,- €) for net required products or incorrect orders.

You‘ve lost your certificate?
For a second FOX certifi cate, we have to calculate a protective
charge of 25,00 € (21,00 € net). Please pay attention that we
require the original invoice as well as all on the product punched
numbers.

Dispatch of products
Delivery of individual exhaust systems and small parts will be
made by GLS. The carriage costs per package are 9,50 € Eibenstocker Straße 39f
(7,98 € net) within Germany. COD parcels within Germany cost 08349 Johanngeorgenstadt/Germany
additional 7,50 € (6,30 € net). Prices for dispatch of products in
Europe/ worldwide only on request. In the case of large number
of pieces we can dispatch the products with a forwarder Tel.: 0049 (0) 3773 – 50 55 0
(prices on request).
